The Borough of Stroudsburg offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM. We are located at the corner of Seventh and Sarah Streets, catty-corner from the Monroe County Courthouse. Most departments are on the second floor of the building.

At our office you may apply for various permits such as yard sale, parade, banner, building, zoning, etc. and obtain information for most other issues regarding the borough.

The borough manager’s office, the mayor’s office, fire department, zoning and codes offices are located here. 

New Borough Council Meeting Dates and Time

Beginning January 2012, Borough Council meetings will be held on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7 PM on the second floor of the Stroudsburg Municipal Building located at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA.
